We present you our 4 perspectives on digital, a project that involves our community and which was born with the aim of reflecting on the impact of digitalization on our lives.
The review explores four macro-themes chosen from the sensitivity of four of our employees, who have decided to put themselves in the game, play the role of speakers and propose paths related to their respective professions or personal interests.
Thus comes 4 Perspectives on Digital, which does not intend to exhaust a subject so vast and complex and that has not even the objective of providing turnkey answers.
On the contrary, it was conceived as a space for dialogue and comparison in order to raise questions and observe the phenomenon in a critical and conscious way.
The four themes covered are:
- communication and the impacts of digital media
- creativity in relation to AI
- future professions such as those of video game developers and artists
tips and tricks for 3D printing
The cycle of presentations takes place in a special location, the Digital House of the Municipality of Onore: a multipurpose space dedicated to smartworking, to studying, but also to the use of 3D printing, thanks to the model supplied with the structure.
The courses and activities of ML Engraving within the Digital House are funded by the European Union – Next Generation EU through the Bando Borghi for Municipalities, promoted by the Ministry of Culture.
Thanks to this funding, we were also able to purchase a high‑precision digital instrument aimed at enhancing our 3D scanning process.
