Surfaces that speak: engraving and etching services for your moulds

The surface of an object can tell you a lot. Have you ever thought about that?
The type of finish can be a sign of higher quality, a specific purpose, or improved functionality.

The perception of the object guides the customer in choosing between your product and your competitor’s.

Make the right choice: trust the Surface Gurus!

Our mould processing is designed to enhance the product, making it recognizable, unique, and desirable.

This has always been our mission—from the very beginning, when we were the first to invest in laser engraving, revolutionizing the industry by introducing process digitalization and a series of distinctive advantages:

  • creation of 3D textures
  • precision
  • repeatability
  • ability to work on welded parts

Over the years, our production department has been enriched with advanced equipment and machinery to perform etching and sandblasting processes, particularly for creating satin finishes and grains.
We challenged ourselves and did what we do best: innovate and develop new processes to offer a wide range of diversified services tailored to every request.

Like the hybrid laser-etching technique, which allows us to combine digital design, laser engraving, and chemical etching. A perfect solution for working on large moulds where every detail makes the difference. Or for gloss management, enabling us to create optical effects and striking plays of light without needing to reach deep engraving depths.
